Installation

FireRanger is a patented interactive product that is able to turn off the range at the first sign of smoke. FireRanger is designed to be interactive by having a keypad lockout feature that allows the homeowner to enter a four-digit code to prevent young and old from using the range without supervision. The keypad is also designed with a panic button that keeps you and your family a safe distance away from the range in case of an accident while cooking.

FireRanger is easy to install just remove it from the box and plug it in with no re-wiring of your range or programming involved.

FireRanger is wireless and consists of three components: the box your range plugs into, a smoke sensor, and the keypad.
